Stratan Inc. is a growing transportation company specializing in Open Deck, Step Deck, RGN, and Heavy Haul freight across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our operations team.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping our drivers moving safely and efficiently while providing outstanding support throughout every trip.

What we are looking for?
1. Strong English and computer skills
2. Track all trucks throughout the day and reporting (empty,loaded,off,shop..)
3. Update the TMS accurately
4. Communicate with drivers
5. Communicate with brokers
6. Search for available loads and offer it to me
7. Manage documentation
8. Keep tracking of cases where errors where committed
9. Verify pickup/delivery appointments, call shippers/receivers
10. Perform check calls/emails
