Remote Social Media Specialist - Full time

TRC Logistics LLC - Synchron Safety Division
International logistics company specialized in managing and outsourcing permit and safety services in the United States is hiring collaborators for social media, content creation and strategy definition.

This role is designed for candidates with a background in Marketing, Community management or Content creation as daily responsibilities involve AI content generation, social media management and strategic / operational planning.


CORE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)
Knowledge on Artificial Inteligence content creation (videos/images)
Experience in social media management.
Good computer and digital tools skills.
Proactiveness and self drive.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English (mandatory).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
- Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a plus (not required)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Due to the nature of the everyday tasks we need at least:
Computer with a minimum of 16 GB RAM
Stable and strong internet connection
Quiet environment suitable for calls
High-quality microphone
Smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing work-related apps

WORK SCHEDULE
During Argentina’s summer season:
Monday to Friday
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Argentina time).

During Argentina’s fall, winter and spring season:
Monday to Friday
12:00 PM to 20:00 PM (Argentina time).


SALARY
Base salary: USD 800 (monthly)
Salary increase: USD 75 (every three months). This means that, in a year, your salary will be USD 1100, in two years it will be USD 1400, and so on. This keeps scaling up to USD 2000. Then you re-negotiate your contract to continue scaling.
Base salary Payment frequency: Bi-weekly, every 1st and 15th work day of the month.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong writing and copywriting skills
- Previous experience managing social media for a business or brand
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
