Implementation Consultant

Requerimientos del cargo

• Manage 10-20 active client accounts, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and to the highest standard.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into tailored monday.com solutions.
• Build and configure custom workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations on monday.com to meet client requirements.
• Lead strategy sessions, provide training, oversee account governance and permissioning, and deliver ongoing support to ensure client success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactively diagnose issues, escalating internally as needed, with quick resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with internal teams and monday.com to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track and document project progress, ensuring deliverables align with scope and client expectations.
• Proven experience with monday.com, including advanced workflow design, automations, and integrations.
• 3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience providing training and creating documentation for end-users.
• Familiarity with related platforms (e.g., make.com, Zapier) is a plus.
