AI Marketing Lead

What You Need

Experience: At least 4 years in digital marketing, content or growth, including owning campaigns or a channel from plan to results.

AI skills: Hands-on experience using AI tools and automations in real marketing work. Bring examples.

Communication: Clear written English and a good eye for brand and design.

Availability: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Chicago time, and you enjoy learning new tools quickly.

What You Will Do

Plan: Build the monthly content calendar and campaigns, and agree them with leadership.

Build: Set up and run AI agents and tools for writing, design, video, social posting and reporting.

Quality check: Review every output against the brand guidelines before it goes live.

Improve: Fix broken workflows and refine prompts and automations.

Report: Track results and share a short monthly report with clear next steps.

Explore: Bring new tools and ideas to test, and brief freelancers when needed.

How You Will Be Measured

On-time content, quality at first review, leads and engagement growth, on-time monthly reports, and how reliably your workflows run. You and your manager set the targets together in your first month.

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months

AI agents for writing, design, video, social and reporting are set up and documented, each with an approval step.

Every published asset follows the brand guidelines.

Content goes out on the monthly calendar across all channels.

A monthly marketing plan and performance report go to leadership on time.

You have improved or automated at least 2 workflows each quarter.

What We Offer

Monthly fee: USD 1,200 per month as an independent contractor.

Paid time off: 10 days in your first year, 12 days in years 1 to 3, and 15 days after 3 years.

Payment: Paid in USD every two weeks through Wise.

Growth: AI tool subscriptions paid by the company, training, and a clear path to Brand & Marketing Manager.

Location: Fully remote. Core hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Chicago time

Pay: USD 1,200 per month, plus collection-based bonuses

Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier or n8n), B2B or multi-brand marketing, or video editing.

Now we are building an AI-first marketing team, and we want an experienced marketer to lead it.

You will own marketing for our brands, using AI agents and automation to plan and deliver content, social media and campaigns, working directly with leadership.
