Qualifications and requirements

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your daily marketing work. We'll ask you to show us how
• Solid Google Ads experience (search campaigns, keyword and search-term analysis, conversion tracking), ideally as part of a broader growth or funnel role rather than campaign execution alone
• A track record of finding root causes in conversion problems rather than patching symptoms
• Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable in analytics and funnel data and can explain what the numbers mean
• Systems thinking: you can hold a whole funnel in your head, from ad to landing page to signup to first order
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage work with no fixed playbook
• Fluent written and spoken English, and availability overlapping US Eastern business hours
• The ability to commit roughly 40 hours a week to this engagement during the trial

Job functions

What you'll own: the paid acquisition funnel from ad to landing page to signup to first order.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose where prospects drop off, work out why, and propose and run fixes
• Build and execute a clear growth strategy, not just spend more budget
• Monitor the funnel continuously, catch drift early, and report findings back with recommendations
• Review customer support and inbound sales calls for friction that ad metrics miss
• Run and optimize Google Ads as one channel within that funnel
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily to do more analysis and testing than a larger team could

How success is measured

• A documented strategy for improving our weaker funnel within the first 30 days
• A regular reporting rhythm with clear findings and next steps
• Concrete conversion improvements from the changes you test

Engagement: this starts as a paid contract of 1 to 3 months, with a path to a long-term role. We expect roughly 40 hours a week of dedicated focus and overlap with US Eastern business hours. The trial is exclusive.

• Compensation: USD $3,000 to $4,500 per month, depending on experience (negotiable)

• Location: fully remote; you work from your own country
• Schedule: about 40 hours a week, with overlap with US Eastern business hours
• Support: direct access to the founder and project manager, real data to work with, and the freedom to test ideas
• Tools: we encourage heavy use of AI tools and will give you access to the systems you need

Desirable skills

• Experience with an acquisition funnel for a self-serve product, ideally B2B or B2C services
• Familiarity with product analytics and session-recording tools
• Landing page and conversion-rate testing experience
• Experience reviewing customer or sales calls to find friction and opportunities
• Experience with email or lifecycle marketing automation

You'll work directly with the founder and a project manager on a small team. Our goal is to grow CHCKED's self-serve product lines through paid acquisition. One of our funnels already converts reliably, and your first big project is understanding why, then bringing another funnel to the same level.

There's no large marketing department or fixed playbook. You'll have access to real data, direct access to decision-makers, and room to test ideas. We use AI tools heavily and expect you to as well.
