Paid Media Buyer (Meta, Google, Linkedin) for B2B SaaS

Qualifications and requirements

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years in paid media, ideally B2B SaaS lead generation.

- Hands-on experience managing $50k+/month across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.

- Strong creative skills (Figma, Canva or AI tools) and a testing mindset.

- Proven CRO wins on landing pages.

- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Available 9am to 5pm ET.

- Based in Latin America.

Job functions

You'll own paid acquisition across about $75k a month in spend on Meta, Google and LinkedIn for our B2B SaaS clients. You'll plan, launch and optimize campaigns, make the creatives, and improve the landing pages they send traffic to.

- Build, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads at target CPL.

- Make 20 to 30 static and simple video creatives per week, and run structured creative tests.

- Run CRO on landing pages and forms (A/B tests, copy, layout) to raise conversion rates.

- Own tracking, attribution and weekly performance reporting with clear next steps.

- Work directly with the founders and client teams.

Conditions

Pay is $1,500 to $2,000 USD per month, full time. Hours are 9am to 5pm ET. Fully remote.

Simpler GTM is a growth marketing and GTM engineering consultancy for B2B SaaS startups. We run lead generation that turns ad spend into pipeline, managing about $75k a month across Meta, Google and LinkedIn for clients. We're a small, founder-led team, and you'll work directly with both co-founders, our designers and GTM engineers, and client teams. We move fast, test constantly, and care about qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics.
