Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing growth marketing teams.
• Proven experience managing monthly marketing budgets of at least $50,000, with measurable success in scaling customer acquisition.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social, paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Deep understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Role Overview

Growth Strategy & Acquisition

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Own performance across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels.
• Identify and test new acquisition opportunities to drive scalable growth.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

Performance Marketing

• Manage monthly performance marketing budgets of $50,000+, with accountability for ROI and business outcomes.
• Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive performance improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

• Establish growth KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting processes.
• Analyze customer acquisition data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with product, data, risk, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
