Sobre este empleo

MEDLIFE is a non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Our mission is to build a worldwide Movement empowering the poor in their fight for equal access to healthcare, education, and a safe home. Our vision is a world free from the constraints of poverty.

MEDLIFE works with students from around the world to broaden their perspectives and better equip them to advocate for social justice. Our ideal Sales Trainer & CoachWe're looking for a hands-on coach, not a lecturer — someone energized by repetition, who would rather run the same role-play ten different ways than build a slide deck. The right person is a credible operator who has sold or managed sellers, can jump into a real call, and show a rep a better way to say something in the moment.

They hold high standards without humiliation, stay honest about results, and remain steady when a rep needs the same correction five times before it sticks. As we continue growing, we'd love for you to be part of the MEDLIFE Movement. About the roleThis is a hands-on coaching role, not a presentation role.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own MEDLIFE's 90-day setter training program, directly manage and coach the setters, and train the wider sales organization — 19 frontline salespeople across new business, college portfolio, and high-school portfolio teams. Practice is the center of the job: watching what salespeople actually do, showing a better approach, practicing it repeatedly, testing it on live conversations, and coaching again until the behavior is consistent.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE? Run and continuously improve MEDLIFE's 90-day setter training program — assess, build individual development plans, teach the core curriculum, supervise practice, review live work, and certify demonstrated competence. Directly manage and coach the setters: daily priorities, short skill drills, weekly one-on-ones, and fast action on performance gaps.

Train the entire sales organization with practical coaching adapted to new business, college portfolio, and high-school portfolio motions. Review real calls and huddles (Avoma, Gong, or equivalent) to identify recurring objections, breakdowns, and effective behaviors. Turn best practices into trainable lessons, scripts, role-plays, and rubrics together with sales management and Sales Operations.

Coach, practice, and retest until each rep performs the target behavior independently and consistently. Develop sales leaders as coaches — calibrate scoring standards and help them reinforce those standards in everyday coaching. Run a weekly practice cadence: wider-team sessions, setter clinics, and short weekday drills.

Track call-coaching coverage, feedback turnaround, retesting, and live skill adoption, and connect them to commercial outcomes such as qualified meetings, accepted handoffs, and deposit conversion. Requisitos: What will you bring? 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or frontline sales coaching. Demonstrated depth and measurable impact matter more than seniority of title.

Experience training LATAM-based salespeople to sell to U.S. and/or Canadian consumers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field. Fluent/native English, spoken and written — able to teach, demonstrate, role-play, and give nuanced feedback entirely in English.

Extensive, hands-on sales training and coaching experience, with evidence that the people you trained improved. Practical familiarity with Avoma, Gong, or an equivalent call-coaching platform (review, scorecards, coaching workflows). Strong understanding of HubSpot and how sellers use CRM records, stages, follow-ups, and handoffs.

A relentless practice orientation: comfortable role-playing the same moment repeatedly and coaching until the skill sticks. Strong remote facilitation, curriculum design, and data literacy; able to turn complex sales behavior into a short, usable lesson. Ability to calibrate other sales leaders on scoring standards and teach them to run their own effective role-plays, rather than doing all coaching personally.Nice to have Experience training LATAM-based salespeople selling service-based products to customers in the US or Canada.

Background in education, travel, healthcare services, professional services, or another considered/service purchase. Beneficios What do we offer you? Fully remote, full-time role, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (CST) Competitive salary commensurate with the role, plus a competitive benefits package.

Birthday day off. Growth opportunities inside a sales organization that is actively building its coaching system. Real ownership of that system: the 90-day setter program, the training cadence for the wider sales team, and the standards other sales leaders coach to.

Mission-driven work — every conversation your team improves brings more students into the MEDLIFE Movement and closer to the communities we serve.
