Sales Representative – U.S. Market

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business by connecting with decision-makers in the United States and presenting BH Complete Solutions’ staffing services.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and cold outreach using company-provided leads.
Identify hiring needs, qualify prospects, and present our staffing solutions.
Handle objections and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in our database.
Meet daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or business development.
U.S. market sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
