Lead Principal Architect – LATAM/EMEA

🔑 What we’re looking for

• 20+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise technology solutions.
• 10+ years in consulting, architecture, or transformation leadership.
• Strong expertise in Networking, Security, Cloud & Data Center Architecture.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Netskope, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, SASE, Zero Trust.
• Excellent English and strong executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, or Cloud/Security certifications are a plus.

We’re looking for a strategic technology leader who can translate complex challenges into enterprise-scale solutions while building alignment across business and technical stakeholders, mentoring teams, and maintaining high standards of technical delivery.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and transformation programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives and technology leaders.
• Design solutions across SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud, LAN/WAN, and Data Centers.
• Lead complex, multi-vendor engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support pre-sales, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations.
• Mentor architects and engineers while driving technical excellence.

Client: Akkodis / AT&T / Omnicom. Location: Mexico or Costa Rica | 100% Remote.

Schedule: EMEA business hours (may require night shift in LATAM).

This role is responsible for shaping architecture strategy and transformation roadmaps that enable modern connectivity, secure access, cloud adoption, and resilient data center operations. The Lead Principal Architect will drive complex, multi-vendor programs and align technical direction with executive objectives, spanning SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud, LAN/WAN, and Data Centers.
