Project Coordinator (Energy)

Fast-growing North American manufacturer of high-performance, energy-efficient LED lighting for commercial and industrial projects, distributed through a strong partner network across the continent. Impacto Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing North American manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting, sold through a distributor network across the continent.You'll be the operational backbone of their lighting projects: coordinating timelines, documentation and stakeholders from kickoff to delivery, working closely with distributors, clients, engineering and production.WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and workflows Act as the main point of contact for distributors, clients and internal teams Prepare lighting coordination documents, submittals and RFIs for client and engineer approval Generate, process and manage purchase orders Track manufacturing and delivery schedules to keep projects on time Support the sales team with product specs and pricing, and monitor inventory for custom or large orders Requisitos: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2–5 years in project coordination (lighting, construction or manufacturing preferred) Advanced English, written and spoken; French is a plus Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills Proactive, analytical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments Beneficios WHAT'S ON OFFER A company in rapid growth with real market momentum Impactful projects across North America, with hands-on mentorship Clear pathways for career growth
