Digital Marketing Specialist (Organic & Web)

Experience and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or a related discipline, ideally within a B2B or B2B SaaS environment.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Hands-on experience operating account-based marketing (ABM) platforms such as Propensity, 6sense, or Demandbase.
• Strong technical and on-page SEO experience, including keyword research, internal linking, and content performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and visibility strategies for AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize, publish, and maintain SEO and AEO-focused articles, landing pages, and web content to maximize visibility across traditional search and AI engines.
• Manage the organic content publishing pipeline and maintain a predictable production calendar across web and social channels.
• Own routine website updates, collaborating with operations teams to improve page layouts, navigation, and call-to-actions for higher conversion.
• Operate the ABM platform to set up target-account lists, configure campaigns, and report on account engagement.
• Draft, schedule, and optimize organic social media content, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Analyze digital channel performance using GA4, translating data into actionable optimization decisions.

This role drives the execution engine for owned and organic marketing channels, focusing on optimizing and publishing SEO and AEO content, maintaining high-converting web experiences, and running organic social programs. Operating as a hands-on individual contributor, this position executes established marketing and account strategies with high autonomy. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing, the specialist owns the technical execution of campaigns and content delivery. The focus is on turning performance data into optimization decisions, ensuring high channel health, and maximizing organic visibility across search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.
