- Understand customer feedback and business requirements
- Help define the right solution
- Write clear technical or product specifications when needed
- Implement the solution
- Test it thoroughly
- Deploy it to production
- Monitor results and make improvements

We Value Engineering Excellence

- Writes clean, well-structured code
- Follows engineering best practices
- Produces software that is reliable in production
Our goal is not simply to ship quickly. Our goal is to ship quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Fully Remote, Highly Asynchronous, Almost No Meetings
We believe great work doesn't require sitting in meetings all day.
Our team is fully remote and operates primarily through written communication, documentation, and asynchronous collaboration.
We value clear thinking, strong writing, and the ability to work independently. Most projects move forward through well-written specifications, documented decisions, and thoughtful communication rather than frequent meetings.
As a result:
- You'll have long, uninterrupted blocks of time for focused work
- You'll spend far less time in meetings than at a typical software company
- You'll have significant autonomy in how you manage your day
- Decisions and discussions are documented rather than hidden in meetings
- Your success is measured by results, not by how many hours you spend on video calls
We still meet when it adds value, but we strongly prefer documentation and asynchronous communication whenever possible.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a generalist who enjoys solving problems wherever they appear.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy both technical and business challenges
- Like learning new skills outside your primary role
- Are comfortable working independently
- Have strong written communication skills
- Enjoy using AI tools to increase your effectiveness
- Are curious about product, operations, customer support, and business systems
- Enjoy taking a problem from idea to implementation
